Phoebe Hu
I am an actor and multidisciplinary theatre artist who has been working professionally over a decade across theatre, musical theatre, film & tv, and voiceover industry. My interest and experience lie largely in new work development, bilingual (English-Mandarin) work, and collaborations that explore the integration of music, movement, culture & language.
Inspired by the wonderful and few “artist-financial professionals” who made a tremendous impact on my journey to financial freedom as a self-employed artist; I am also a budget coach with certification from YNAB and H&R Block, as well as personal finance educator in training as an AFCC (Accredited Financial Counselor Canada®) candidate. I hope to become part of the crucial and growing support system in financial literacy & wellness for the arts & creative community, especially for emerging artists and marginalized folks.
